Hello beautiful soul.
Living with Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) can feel like being swept up into a storm.
One moment you’re yourself, and the next you’re overwhelmed by emotions that feel extreme, uncomfortable and sudden- Sometimes seemingly out of no where. I know, because I've been there.
If you’ve landed on my page, you’re likely exhausted from holding it all together, wondering why you change so drastically each month, and just longing for steadiness, clarity, and relief.
You are not alone. And nothing about you is broken.
My name is Simone, and I guide women, living with PMDD, to understand their inner patterns. Build a sense of safety and restore a feeling of rightness within themselves.
PMDD affects far more than hormones. It touches identity, relationships, work-life, self-worth, and the ability to trust yourself and your reactions.
How PMDD feels for many women-
PMDD shows up differently for everyone, but many women describe:
• Sudden emotional overwhelm
• Intense sadness or hopelessness
• Irritability or anger that feels out of proportion
• Anxiety or panic
• Feeling disconnected from themselves or others
• Difficulty concentrating
• Exhaustion or low energy
• Sensitivity to rejection or criticism
• A sense of “falling apart” before their period
These experiences can be frightening, confusing, and isolating. They are also very real, valid, and not your fault.
Who Am I?
I am a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, specialising in PMDD and women’s emotional wellbeing. As a previous registered nurse and someone that has experienced the affects of PMDD for many years, I blend clinical understanding with intuitive, gentle therapeutic work. My approach is holistic and deeply understanding of your lived experience as a woman.
I see the cycle's ebbs and flows as a source of wisdom, rhythm, and truth — not something to be fixed, but something to be listened to, worked with and honoured. This perspective weaves naturally into my work with PMDD, where emotional intensity, often mirrors deeper patterns, unmet needs, and protective responses held within the subconscious.
I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to gently explore the emotional roots that shape your individual experience of PMDD. Using RTT, we connect with your subconscious to discover the origins of your patterns, and work with the responses that feel overwhelming or out of control.
I weave psychological understanding with a deep reverence for the wisdom and intelligence of the body and the cyclical nature of your experience.
I don’t “treat” PMDD. I support the cyclical person living with it
